Livestream Yoga Sutra Study

Calling all yoga nerds, philosophy majors, or anyone seeking a peaceful and joyful life that is not dependent on something or some place in the material world. Join Beryl and friends as we dive deep into the mysteries of Pantanjali’s Yoga Sutra, the 2000 year old sacred text that delineates the path of classical, or raja (royal) yoga. It is the text that most current day yoga schools refer to as a guidebook for spiritual life.
This will be an interactive program and we will all have opportunities to share and discuss. The course will meet on Tuesday evenings September 19th & 26th and October 3rd & 10th, 2023 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm EDT. Each session is recorded and replays are sent within two days.
