One of our favorite yoga adventures is always our trip to the World Heritage site of Oaxaca. Located in the mile high valley of the Sierra Madre Mountains, this city is the cultural and magical heart of Mexico.

Villa Sumaya is this totally gorgeous natural refuge majestically located on the shores of Lake Atitlan in Santa Cruz la Laguna, Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Aldous Huxley once declared Lake Atitlan “the most beautiful lake in the world,” and its setting in the Guatemalan Highlands, offers the perfect combination of natural beauty, mountain landscapes, and traditions of Mayan culture.

Santillan is an expansive Andalucian cortijo (look it up) with glorious tropical gardens and surrounding hills. It sits high atop a gorgeous countryside valley, 5 kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea and only 35 minutes from the Malaga airport.
